Located near the banks of the Parramatta River, the 386-room hotel recently celebrated a refurbishment, the perfect extension to the existing Parkroyal Parramatta premises. The construction consisted of a 7-floor tower with 90 rooms and a link bridge connecting it to the existing structure, as well as a major upgrade to the existing hotel’s main entry, ground floor and function space on Level 1.

Dynafix Commercial was engaged to supply and install all of the windows, doors and a 6-metre frameless entry awning, with detailed cutouts to accommodate the structure.
