This new 6 storey building for Ramsey Health Care at Kogarah features 5 levels of cold shell consulting suites, an imaging facility, new chamber substation, utilities room, waste room, pump room, and top floor plant room facilities. The project scope also included the construction of a 75m pedestrian link bridge between the Specialist Centre and main St George Private Hospital building across the busy South Street.

With a referral from one of our system suppliers, Dynafix Commercial was engaged at the tender time to supply a VE solution for a window system that would be conforming to the design intent and meet the performance specification. Our team closely worked with Buildcorp and Team 2 to finalize the design and provided detail shop drawings for overseas procurement. The early engagement allowed plenty of time to detail and design the facade so as the lead times from overseas did not impact the construction programme.

Product supplied includes 150mm EFS front glazed window wall, aluminium sun fins and link bridge structural glazed DGU’s.
