Dynafix installed aluminium windows and doors to all buildings on the New Intercity Maintenance facility (NiFF) in Kangy Angy. The project brief was heavily focused on acoustic performance given the sensitive location of the project. Dynafix were selected to undertake the contract works for its ability to show compliance to the project requirements with existing test reports and supplier information. With the system supplied Dynafix where able to achieve the RW rating of 48 with a single IGU. Stage 2 of the project was the supply and install of the vertical aluminium angles as a batten façade for the traction station and BBQ area. Systems supplied were Hunter evo 150mm wide pocket, Hunter evo 10mm standard framing for internal partitions and custom aluminium angles as a screen/ enclosure.
